The historic residence
Located near Campo S. Stefano, the building dates back to the 13th century and consists of three
above-ground storeys, a beautiful portico and a stylish access staircase, which will lead you to the first floor,
into the entrance hall overlooking one of the rare "giardini conclusus", part of the historical heritage of
humanity and the city of Venice.
With its central location in the Sestiere di San Marco, it is only a few minutes' walk to the main artistic and cultural sights surrounding
Piazza di San Marco, the most interesting museums, churches, art galleries and antique shops in Venice.
Convenient for the vaporettos of lines 1 and 2, which navigate the waters of the Grand Canal, and the Accademia and
San Samuele piers, which are only a few hundred metres away, the B&B's atmosphere of relaxation and invaluable silence prevails.
